Central Geological Database gathers:

  • catalogue data of 885 391 archival geological reports stored in the Central Geological Archives in Warsaw and in other Polish archives (in the Documents subsystem);
  • catalogue data of 61 906 published maps stored in the Map Archives of the Central Geological Archives (in the Documents subsystem);
  • catalogue data of 72 963 conventional aerial photographs;
  • data on 302 637 boreholes, including basic data on boreholes as well as their stratigraphic profiles and detailed lithological profiles of boreholes;
  • data on drill cores stored in the Central Geological Archives, PGNiG (Polish Oil and Gas Company) and other institutions - for 11 035 boreholes;
  • scans of geophysical well logs for 811 boreholes;
  • metadata on geophysical well logs for 8 919 boreholes;
  • logging data for 2 847 boreholes;
  • check shot velocity survey data for 2 692 boreholes;
  • 400 797 results of gravimetric detailed survey;
  • 832 448 results of gravimetric semidetailed survey;
  • 1 429 818 results of total intensity of the Earth's magnetic field measurements;
  • 412 412 results of vertical intensity (DZ) of the Earth’s magnetic field measurements;
  • 278 683 results of aeromagnetic measurements;
  • 150 244 results of vertical electric soundings (VES) measurements;
  • metadata on 13 034 2D seismic profiles;
  • metadata on 197 3D seismic surveys;
  • metadata on 16 375 magnetotelluric soundings;
  • field data for 435 and stacking data for 35 2D seismic profiles;
  • metadata on 81 060 landslides obtained form the SOPO project;
  • metadata on 7 741 areas in danger obtained from the SOPO project;
  • information on 5 390 caves;
  • data on 216 397 collections and specimens in the PGI Museums in Warsaw and Sosnowiec;
  • 181 805 results of geochemical analysis for 4 720 boreholes;
  • 12 227 results of mineralogical analysis for 1 080 boreholes;
  • 16 691 results of petrographic analysis for 778 boreholes;
